St. Helena Catholic School applauds you for considering a Catholic education.  We aim to educate the whole child, and promise that you will be making a priceless investment in your child’s future.  It is our goal to offer a rich learning environment that is affordable to all families.
 
Kindergarten - St. Helena requires students to be 5 years old by September 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten enrollment.  The maximum enrollment for Kindergarten is 25 students.  A waiting list will be started if registration exceeds 25.  First priority is given to siblings and parishioners.
 
In order to hold a spot in the class, parents are required to complete the Registration Form and submit the $90 Registration Fee.
 
New Students - St. Helena Catholic School is always accepting new registrations for the current and/or upcoming school year.  Registration is ongoing until the classes fill.
 
Returning Students - Registration for the upcoming school year will begin the Sunday following Catholic Schools Week, typically the first Sunday of February.  Families will be required to submit a $90 family registration fee along with a new Registration Form.  Registration is ongoing until the classes fill.
 
Wait List - Maximum enrollment in grades 1-8 is 30 students.  A waiting list for grades 1-8 will be kept if over 30 students seek admission.  Priority enrollment from the waiting lists is as follows:
 
1. Siblings of Current Students
2. Parishioner Families
3. Non-parishioner Families
 

Only parents and legal guardians may register students. 

St. Helena Catholic School strives to provide a Catholic education to those who desire it and makes every effort to provide tuition assistance to those families who can prove financial need.

In addition to answering the questions on the TADS Financial Aid Application, please attach these items to the application:

  • Copy of signed 2018 Federal Income Tax Return

  • Documentation of additional income not on tax return

  • Completed application for free and reduced lunch benefit. 

All items can be submitted through the school office if you have your TADS reference number.
